We respond to reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
Report or block a user
In the App, you can act directly:
- In a conversation: tap the “⋯” menu in the top right → Report or Block.
- In the message list: long-press a contact → Report / Block.
- In a random match: open the match settings → Report / Block.
- Manage blocks: Settings → Safety & moderation → Blocked users.
A blocked user can no longer contact you or be matched with you.
Emergency or content involving a minor. Content involving minors or non-consensual acts is strictly prohibited. Report it immediately in the app and/or write to hello@aroneus.com. We remove the content and pass it on to the competent authorities where the law requires it.

A question, a bug, a request about your data or a report?
Delete your account
You can delete your account from the App (Settings → Account), or by writing to us. Deletion erases your profile, your contacts and your conversations, subject to the applicable legal retention periods.
